"People don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it"
Many times, entrepreneurs and innovators create organizations, business's, and products, with one clear vision, M A K I N G M O N E Y. Nevertheless, as Simon Sinek said in his TED talk, "The Golden Circle", a profit is not a purpose, a profit is a result. Therefore, if we want to create a successful organization, we must begin by asking ourselves: What is the purpose? Why is this important? Money cannot be the answer. Only after we've answered this can we move on to the "how". How do we plan on creating this organization? And finally: "What do we want to offer?". Simon Sinek described this process as THE GOLDEN CIRCLE. | |
